Education & Reference - 13 September 2007

I've only been at my college for 2 weeks and i'm already thinking about transferring. It's a relatively small school and the only thing that people do on weekends is go to these sketchy bars and night clubs. Kids here just seem so immature and I feel like i'm in high school. Can I still enjoy another school if I transfer or is it too late to fit in somewhere else?

subject but not to actually take up a career in that area of study? For example i want to learn all there is about law, like everything a lawyer would go through but i dont actually want to become a lawyer....does that sound stupid? I live in California, the private ones I know are Cal Tech, Harvey Mudd, and Stanford. The public ones are UCLA and UC Berkeley. MIT is the only one I know outside of CA. What are some other ones?
