Sporting events, comedy shows, inter-mural sports, Join a group (photography club, writers group..whatever your interests are almost every college has a club or group for common interests)

Depending on your course, I would suggest you to work with your college to organize various kind of event/activities. It will be challenging and rewarding (if you succeed).
Many students are very reluctant to do these because they felt it is waste of time but the reality for this is just opposite.
More still, these activities will keep you busy, upgrade your skills, makes you be able to produce better performance in your future employment.

Well, other than that, you can go to the parties and just not do any of the above...
or you can pull pranks on people... like the Seniors do on the Freshman at the High Schools...
You can beat up mailboxes... or something... Wait, dont do that... its bad...

Try the community service club. They usually do lots of fun things that serve others. Have a come as you are party in your dorm room-----

You may change your mind on some of those things.
I always found Mathematics fun.
I was never interested in drugs & while I will drink, never did it to excess. I have to admit liking sex, though.

purchase the game apples to apples, if you havent heard of it, I swear to god every college student loves it. watch movies, watch tv, dance parties, ect
