One is easy to deal with acedemically while the other does not listen just plays around. nothing seems to get his attention, so i figure why not send him to school. Do you think I am being unfair to him? Or is it that I know my child and I know what is best for them. Desperatly need feedback on this.

My partner and I disagree amiciably about the grammar in the following sentence. "Australian couples say friendship and companionship is the best thing about their relationship". I think "IS" is the correct verb used. He says "are" is the correct verb. I think "is" is correct because they are talking about "one" thing - singular. He says that the combination of friendship and companionship require a plural verb i.e. "are".
Thank you - let's see who wins this one.

When you are seeking a particular outcome and inadvertently your input creates an outcome that is different from what was desired but no less desirable (For example seeking cure for aids and find the cure for cancer, trying to make a new kind of gas and instead make a tasty drink).

I need a word that contains the letter "L" in the first part of the word, "phi" somewhere in the middle, and the letter "E" somewhere towards the end. For example lophine is a real word. I need real words, they dont necessarily have to start with an l and end with e. But the orders of the three have to be that order.

I have an emergency IEP in the morning. My 15 year old son was suspended from school last week for gross misconduct and insubordination. He has a temper and says and does things he shouldn't. I have had him to many doctors and he has been diagnosed as ADHD, bipolar and severe emotional disturbance. He takes his medications. I don't know what else to do for him. Also don't know what to tell the school to do with him. I am a registered nurse. I can't afford residental treatment. He is much better at home now than he was 2 years ago. I used to be afraid of him. He would throw things and break things. He no longer does this. He doesn't except no for an answer. He will argue. The more he argues the more angry he gets. How can I make him see he has to except authority and respect others to succeed in life???
