Doesn't usually mean the person is that many years old, but rather that they've been that kind of person for that many years.

My husband of 6 years isn't age 6, he's been my husband for 6 years.

I think you're trying to say "of age 20." That just means they are at least 20 years old.

'of 20 years' is another way of saying 20 years old.
eg is a short form of the latin, exempli gratia,meaning: for example!
