The first two are correct.

Traitor:anathema is hero:adulation. Here, the analogy is person to response. Anathema could mean a curse or execration.

The missing letter for adamant is f, as in firm. They are synonyms.

1. 'A' is correct. The second word is an enhanced version of the first.

2. 'D' is correct. ambivalent means a love-hate emotion and not uncertainty. A politician has ambivalence. A lawyer can be undecided.

3. Bruce is right. 'D' is correct.

4. Apathy usually refers to a general desireless, passionless existence, while disinterest can be to one particular activity.

'A' is probably correct in the sense of apathy being greater than disinterest, though 'B' may be a strong contender.
