open Google
click the tab that says "more" and select "scholar"
click on "advanced scholar search"
type "Harvard University" in the with exact phrase box

you can narrow the search using the "return only articles..." buttons.

what you get back will have many references to Harvard that aren't Harvard research but it will include the Harvard researcher articles. I got back 1.6 million hits with no "return only" selection and 68.7K limiting to biology and medicine.

Most universities have a web site for each department. Each professor usually has his own web page. On it, he usually puts links to his research.

If you were interested in physics research at Harvard (for example) go to the following link, click the Physics link, go to People and Faculty by Name & start surfing through their research papers.

I'm sure their Medical School has a similar web site.
