Hi! How great that you help with the little ones.

"One Hundred years from now, it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of clothes I wore, or how much money was in my bank account, but the World will be a better place, because I made a difference in the life of a child."

You could teach the Kindergarteners a song ... It doesn't matter if you can sing or not, or if they can ... singing is always fun for little kids ...

My Brownie Scouts 'tortured' me with one I taught them from 'The Shari Lewis Show':

"This is the song that doesn't end,
Yes, it goes on and on my friend.
Some people started it
Not knowing what it was.
And they'll continue singing it forever just because
This is the song that doesn't end…"

and it doesn't. You just keep singing those lyrics ... and singing them ... and singing them ...

By the way - I 'tortured' my Brownies with that song, too.

When you're walking with 'your' kids, you could teach them cadence and counting:
One two three four
Here we go out the door ...

You make up a line, then let them make up some.

If you're in a classroom, read to them. Let them pick out the book.

Or - you start a story, and let one of them take the next sentence, and another the next ... and so on, till you all have finished a story.

Have fun with the kids!

Make them walk in a line and play follow-the leader. Make a snake-like figure, hop like a bunny, walk like an elephant, etc. Maybe even take turns playing who is leader if they all pretty much know the way to the classroom.

thats great that you help kids well you can always play with them so they won't gt bored and not like you so they can be ready for class you can play tag, capture the flag everyone likes that (if you dont know how to play just put 1 "flag"(or sweater) in one side of the playground and the other on the other so you choose teams (split in half) and use half for one side and the other for the other then there is the blue and the red team you put the red teams flag on the blue teams flag and the blue team flag on the red team side then you choose a guard and a "police" for each then you say start and they run and try to get their own team flag on the other side by not getting tagged or they go to jail where the "police" at. who ever gets to their side with their flag and not getting tagged they win (the team win)

How about follow the leader, you can either be the leader or select a child each day to be the leader and have everyone walk in a single file line to follow the leader. Or, sing songs...make up stories...play the "I spy with my little eye" game.
