Why on earth do teachers complain so much? They whinge and whine about their "hours", their "responsibilities" their pupils, the pupil's parents, the work environment. Yet they work a third of a year less then all other workers. They also earn in excess of £30,000 after only a few years as juniors: money, remember, for working only 2/3rds of the year and when they also have subsidised housing, mortgages, pensions, insurance, school meals.Whilst, most shameful of all, being at what they laughably call “the chalkface" yet being directly responsible for 50% of school leavers being functionally illiterate.

They also have “professional” pay and absurdly good holidays when they have put very little effort into initial training. Most only just scrape through fourth class degree courses in Teacher Training colleges that aren't even universities.l am sick of their whining and comparing themselves to responsible and serious full timers like Police Officers and nurses. Accept responsibility.

I might be moving to Ocala in Florida in the next few months but need to transfer to a new university to continue my education. I dont know the surrounding area and not really sure where those who live in ocala go to school at, or if they go to one of the surrounding cities if its close enough. Hi there,
just been spell checking an assignment, and wondered if anyone knows the best way to present ages. E.g if some ones age was 3 years and 2 months, would you say so like that, or use '3 years, 2 months' or use '3. 2 years' or something different? I need the most formal as it for post grad essay.

ok first off, should i be concerned about putting things on my resume now? im gonna be a freshman next week.

is it too late to sign up for clubs in the first day of school? i want to join speech and/or debate. anyway, this is gonna be my schedule: drama, pe, english honors, heath&safety, geometry, and biology honors. will i be able to learn a language next year?

I have a paper to write and I'm almost done, I'm stuck on the last question because I can't find any REPUTABLE sources. I can't use Wikipedia, or an online encyclopedia of any sort. The question is what are some advertising methods that agencies use to attract customers? I think it's talking about like the promise of popularity (drink this beer and you'll have loads of women all over you) stuff like that. But I can't find any sources.
