What hours do you attend school?

The first sentence could be written "WHEN does your school START and END?"

The second could say "What time do you go to school and get OUT."

You were close with the second one, but I wouldn't say "get off" for two reasons -- the first being that it has sexual connotations that immature people (like myself) find funny. The second reason is simply that I've never really heard getting out of school referred to that way. One can get off work, but school lets outs. Slight different, neither would be considered incorrect I guess, just my own personal preference.

When does your school start and when does it end?
{this could get answered with a date rather than a time)
try: What time does your school start and what time do you get out?

Go ahead and correct it - especially that "get off" bit. Folks might wonder what kind of school you attend.

Formally:
At what hours does your school commence and let out each day?

(Will you be writing or did you get her phone number?)

"What time does your school start and end?" sounds better.
