I work at Safeway, and i want to quit today, but i was asked to write a resignation letter to my supervisor. I dont know what to include in it and if it follows the normal format.... plz help!!!

I read this interesting bit of trivia this afternoon. I also read that no one knows why a duck's quack doesn't echo. If there's any brainiac out there who might have an explanation for this phenomena, I'd love to hear it.

I went to visit a graduate school(Journalism) and I was so intimidated by the other candidates because I was the youngest one, I'm 20, and everyone else is in their late 20's. I currently have a 3.2 GPA which isn't great and i am applying to UCLA this fall... By spring my GPA should be at least a 3.3 and i will contest with my new GPA . i am a political science major and am doing an internship for senator Barbara Boxer which should look good. I also volunteer for the rotary club. I am slightly worried that my time at community college has not been great. i started with terrible grades, almost all F's... i have demonstrated a great consistent increase in grades which i heard may look good that i disciplined my self. for me the essay is of no concern, i know it will be great. I am just wondering what my chances of getting in are? thanks for your time, its very much appreciated.

hi i will be writing my college applications soon, so i need help writing them... well i want to be a pharmacist. id like you apply for UOP becuase i heard that their program is 6 years and you dont have to transfer to graduate school. but its a bit too expensive. well i want to go to maybe like UCI or UCR or maybe even a community college and then transfer to a pharmacy graduate school. but i heard that it's very difficult. what is the easiest fastest way to get a pharmacy degree? (if possible with less money) oh and is it possible to go to community college and then go to graduate school? will that only take 4 years? help please!

What do you think about getting 1 letter from an instructor who is still working on her PhD? I only had 1 class with her but we did a lot of work that is related to my area of interest and I even completed a major project in her class that dealt with my research interests that I hope to pursue in grad school.
The other 2 letters will be from professors who have their PhDs, 1 is a full-time professor, but the other is a part-time. I know you shouldn't have any part-time facutly write letters, but I had him for 3 classes, during my senior year (all advanced courses).

My son just turned 4 and has poor communication skills. He can't seem to communicated his wants and needs beyond a few words. His special ed teacher said she believes he is showing some signs of autism, but his doctor said he does not belive he has autism. For instance if he is hungry, he will say, "you want cracker?" or "you want some milk?" he repeats things he hears me ask him. Has anyone else had or know a child with a speech delay at the age of 4 or older? I have him in special ed preschool so he can get a head start and he is improving, but I'm still very worried about him.

What is a way of saying someone is lying? At first I was thinking feet of clay but that does not work where I'm using it. I'm trying to say that someone's lies were discovered without using those words, so it sounds better.
