Business, Business Managment, or Business Administration would probably be best, maybe even with a minor in Communication, Economics, or Political Science. To really climb the scale, you are going to have to get your Masters though (meaning 4yrs of undergrad + 3 years of grad), so keep that in mind.

Go for what you are most passionate for. If you become CEO of McDonalds for example, that probably might not be your cup of tea. So for example...if you like fashion and want to be a fashion CEO, take it from there... major in something fashion and go all the way into becoming an expert in that field.

major in business or business management although just a basic business degree and some on the job training is just a good. Most positions in business offer opportunity to grow with the company and will pay for any training you need to have for the position they want you to have.

Major in whatever you're interested because to get to that level you'll need an MBA. Right now pursue your interests. It's hard to go back and do that later but fairly easy to get into an MBA program.

You could major in engineering or biotechnology, develop your own product, create your own company, and be the CEO.
