Hiroshima and Nagasaki, in that order was code named Fat man and Little Boy, respectively.
P.S. Paul Neuman starred in a movie about the making of these bombs, and that was also the name of the movie (just a little trivia note)

The atomic bomb dropped on Nagasaki, Japan on Aug. 9, 1945 was code-named FAT MAN. and was dropped from the B29 Superfortress plane, nicknamed BOCKSCAR after its pilot Fred Bock, at 11 a.m. Bombardier CAPTAIN KERMIT BEAHAN released the bomb (14.1 pounds of plutonium 239) and it took 43 seconds to reach its explosion height of 1,540 feet above ground. It had a blast yield of 21 KILOTONS of TNT; generated heat at 7,000 degrees F; and created winds of 624 miles per hour. About 70,000 of the city's 240,000 citizens died instantly and another 60,000 were injured. It is said that survivors of Hiroshima (their bomb was nicknamed LITTLE BOY because it was technically smaller--its blast equivalent was only 13 kilotons of TNT ) made their way to Nagasaki, and got there just in time to be bombed again. It is also known the uranium used in Little Boy will not reach radioactive decay for 704 million years (its half-life is figured by multiplying 7.04 by 100 million or 10 to the 8th power), while the half-life of the plutonium in Fat Man will reach radioactive decay in 24, 110 years.
