Sara, in her hurry to get home, was trying to pass the car in front of her on a two-lane road. No cars were approaching her from the opposite direction, so she merged into the other lane. Speeding up, Sara didn’t notice that a car of workers was turning off a side road and into the lane she was in. Upon impact, Sara’s car split in half. According to authorities, parts of her body were lying with in 50 ft of the wreck. She died instantaneously, leaving her family behind and her brother in eternal misery.
She had died without forgiving him. His last words to her were unkind, and now he can’t take them back. Forgiveness is all people really need, yet sometimes, fall short of having. Mohammed sat in the car to angry to speak. He wanted with all his heart to apologize and have her forgive him, but he was too late. She was now gone and he couldn’t help but wonder if maybe he did call her, would she have hurried home? Would she have switched lanes? Would she have died without forgiving him?
