No. As more people learn to use computers and networks they will be able to solve more of their own issues. However, there will be plenty of information systems problems around due to the complexity of the communications networks and computers. Newer computers will have more self-diagnostic features I'm sure.

There is a saying, "to really foul things up requires a computer." Human error can be multiplied much more efficiently with a computer--and you will always have human error.
