like if its closer to the ground would the gravitational force be less in turn me carrying a 1kg bag be easier to carry than at a considerable amount of hight from the ground...aaah i dont know what i'm saying i hope someone understands..i really need help i have to carry like 3-4 kgs up 4 floors

It doesn't matter unless you are in outer space and a great distance from the Earth. The Gravitational attraction is the same, unless you are very very tall!

Backpacks are the best bet. Just load them properly, i.e. heavier stuff closer to your body and make sure you carry it using both straps

Messenger bags are waay cool, but hard if you have weight in them.
