Hindi is not only our national language but understood by majority of Indians. However this does not reflect on other Indian languages as they are also rich in literature and are spoken by many Indians. The most important part of Hindi is its Devnagri Script in which you pronounce what you write,i.e., it is phonetically superior to Roman Script and many others too.

No, it is only for North Indians language. It is not even fair to recognize as a national language. Let North Indian communicate in Hindi.

Hindi is our national language.Hindi is easy to understand and itz important coz itz origin has come from Sanskrit- 'the language of god'. all our holy books r written in Sanskrit and Hindi comes from Sanskrit only.
