If I want to go to school in lets say Utah but I'm from Louisiana, how will Utah's college's know I'm an out of state resident; and how can I become an in state resident.

Is it that? Would I have to register in Utah before applying at one of their universities in order to be reconized as an in state student?

For instance, and perhaps especially, in the humanities field. Should I call Dr. English a Doctor for earning a PhD in Literature? I realize it is the title conferred, but with the prevailing social understanding of "Doctor" as "Medical Doctor," perhaps a new term should be coined? I dunno.

I know that a high GPA and PCAT scores are considered one of the most important factors during the admission process. Although my GPA is a 3.5, I don't have any personal experience working with a pharmacist. Just wondering if anyone is in a similar situation to me? I took out a debt agreemnt last year for my credit cards, but then had to stop working and racked up a few extra bills, probably around $5000 would help me out. Im being chased by debt collectors here there and everywhere and seriously stressed out. I cant sleep, eat etc. My partner has no idea of any of it. I cant go bankrupt as I need my car for my job and in the future I want to get a home loan (obviously once all current issues are sorted). Is thre anyone there that can help? I'm seriously wondering what options I have left, and feeling very low right now.

My dad and I are having a debate on what is and is not considered a cartoon. for example my dad thinks tv shows like Fresh Prince of Bel-Air or The Cosby Show are both cartoons. I looked on answers.com for the definition of the word cartoon, and most of the definitions were related to drawing or sketches. but one definition stated the definiton of a cartoon as "a ridiculously oversimplified or stereotypical representation." the sample sentence was "....criticized the actor's portrayal of Jefferson as a historically inaccurate cartoon." please give me your opinions so i can lay this debate to rest. feel free to do more research on the word cartoon, like where the word itself came from. All answers are appreciated.
