Absolutely. Your BA is not contingent on it being a distance degree in any way. Apply for MA programs as soon as possible, and recognize that your BA is just as good as a "face-to-face" degree, and often times will actually provide you better preparation for the rigors of a MA program. While the average BA student has often been helped quite a lot, a distance degree requires a large degree of self-motivation--a necessary trait in graduate programs.

Yes. Many universities now offer bachelor degrees online. You can then go to any university or often the same one for face-to-face master degrees. You could even mix face-to-face and only for your bachelor degree.
