Absolutely. You'll just have to do a little more work to make sure your credits will transfer to the college you're applying to.

Not necessarily. You need to make sure that the programs are academically transferable to an out of state university. A lot of students get screwed on this. I speak from experience. Most classes will not transfer until you get your AS or AA degree and then only if the college is accredited.

Generally yes. You want to talk to the University where you want to apply and see what courses they will accept from your community college. Search the website for a transfer admissions office.

it depends on the college you tranfer to and if they accept credits from the college you were at
