St. Vincents - in the carribean - but its damned tough to get in - because so many folks want to go for A) its the carribean and B) its a small school with a small teacher/student ratio

Mexico, or one of the lesser second or better yet, a third world country might be a good choice. Off hand, a school that is going to give you the best credentials after graduation is the best one to go to, and cost becomes a non-issue.

Thats like asking for a good, cheap lawyer. A BAD lawyer is expensive, let alone a good one....the person above me is right though, but I'm just making a point.

If you are a California resident, the University of California, San Franscisco is very good.

Public Universities are, in general very good, and far cheaper than private schools.

The university of puerto rico. its dirt cheap, yet still accepted by u.s. standards.

UCSD, UCSF, UCLA are some pretty good public medical schools.
