i have a natural tendency to avoid or forget maths formulas,etc...i also avoid calculations etc....i feel i cant keep my attention on everything while doing complex tasks ...i even avoid playing games like stock exchange...which requires substraction , addition etc....though i love reading books , classic novels , my vocabulary is better than average and language skills are ok ...

how can i improve ....suggest ....some excersises .....do i have concentration problem ......suggest ways to improve memory and concentrattion......and alleviate number phobia !

We have a compulsory public speaking session at our school and we haven't been given a very long time to prepare our topics. Apart from the fact that I'm gonna make a fool of myself speaking in front of more than 20 people for the first time (2000 people!), I really can't think up anything much for the topic that I was given. The topiv is: "Music Today Is Nothing But Noise". I,ve come up with a 1 minute long speech, but I need 1 minuite more. Can anyone please help me with this topic?
