It means... "friends" help you when you move...
"good friends" help you hide the dead body of the person you killed.

It is the same concept as "A friend will bail you out of jail, a good friend is in jail with you saying, 'that was fun' ". Your quote just means that a friend will help you move, but a good friend (like best friend) will help you move the body of the person you just ran over...I think.
