I am suppose to look at a 1 dollar bill, on the left their is a circle with a letter on it. bellow the letter their is a city and state. For example letter A is boston and B is New York. I got every one except letter H. please give me the city and state. thanks.

Okay I am in the 8th grade and im learning Pre-Algebra.I have have a problem with math ever since The 2nd grade. I just realllllllly hate math.I dont think ill ever be able to understand it and ill have to be forced to work at McDonalds for my whole life and wont be able to get into college.Sometimes I just basically wont o commit suicide on myself and don't have to worry about it!Then last week we got our report cards and I made the first F in my entire life.I try studying and it dosent help.A nd I just got my test back from Friday and I really thought I waqs going to pass my test but I failed.Then what makes it worst is my teacher is really hrd on me and it seems like shes always picking on me and I already feel umb but I make A's and B's in alll my other classes.Sometimes I just wanna drop out of school or just kill myself.Does anybody have any advice for me or does anybody have this same problem.

i heard that for every $100 spent on special education the government spends only $0.03 for gifted and talented education. how ridiculous is that? and the "no child left behind" deal. its great for the slower lower iq children but does nothing (in fact is damaging) to kids who are highly intelligent. they get bored and eventually get themselves into trouble. equal money to gifted programs and special education? what are your thoughts?
