The HRD Dept. ordered me to show a letter stating that my brother whom where I live is not receiving a Housing Allowance in order to provide the said allowance. I don't know how to compose a letter that should be sign by the boss of my brother.
here's the sample so please correct my grammar..
This is to inform you that Mr. Arthur Siamar, employee in Indutrial Company is not entitled to receive housing allowance nor transfortation allowance. This is upon the agreement of our Company and employee........please help me to continue this cause i dont know what to say....10 points for the best
