I have completed a Medical Billing and Coding certificate course. I haven't worked in a little over 5 years. I want to get a job with no experience. Do you think that by my knowing spanish will help my job search?

Oh my yes! In southern california I got turned down for every retail job I applied for, because I didn't know spanish. Learn that spanish and you become a very valuable asset. Companies desperately need bilingual I'm sure once you're hired you'll almost wish you didn't know spanish, because they'll always ask you to help translate to help a client/customer.

If you want to work in Spain it would help. &)
It probably wouldn't hurt, and it's always good to know another language.
