Naming 3 countries where religion is NOT a cause for struggle would be a much shorter list. I don't even think there is one. Anyway, religion is a man invented business. All any person wants is their business to be profitable thereby giving them more power. So, they get their business's customers to go try and get rid of a competitor's business's customers by either converting them or killing them. It's all about the money; got to keep the business powerful and profitable, well at least for a select few. And if you think this is a joke answer, it isn't. If you think about it, you know it is very true.

In my opinion the Israeli Arab problem is not over religion, its a problem over land possession.
I would say that the Iraq conflict among Sunnis and Shiites is, again a power struggle more than Religion. Though, Religion has something to do too. Today there's more problems around the world over who owns what than Religion. In the western world Religion might appear to be the problem but its not.
