I mean, right now I am a senior in high school and am having trouble deciding what I want to do, and everybody tells me that i should've been thinking about this kind of stuff freshman year...What makes them think I would know what I want to do when I'm 14 or 15?

I agree with you 100%. Tell them nicely, that you will decide when the time is right for you! It is better than thinking you have got to please people, and possibly pick something you may regret in later years. But, please do try and further your education. Good luck.

Most people don't know what they want to do for years and years. Others follow fathers footsteps, they didn't know what to do either, just got forced.
Just accept what ever is ment to be will happen and keep your fingers crossed that destiny has planned a nice little happy journey for you and your family/friends.
