i heard that the reason why america is sooooo FAT is because we use bigger plates and use bigger proportions to fill those plates. If we were to get smaller plates and fill that up, we would be feeding ourselves less. Therefore we lose weight. is it true?

My son really has a super loathing for homework. I know, wierd huh? Anyway, I'm wondering what I can do as a parent to encourage him to keep up with homework, and not hide it. (other than give him his own room, desk, special lighting, quiet down the house for him and be available for questions-I do/did that already)

Its already the second week of school and my brain is completly fried.

I've been trying to think of ways to study so I reinforce my knowledge of each subject. The thing is, all these assignments keep over lapping.

How do you suggest taking some free time to review a subject, when your brain is completley done.

I've noticed that i am starting to use things like 2 instead of to and not capitalizing i. I spell know as no and other things like that. Does this happen to you and can you help me!?
