Fraternities (which are made up of guys) and sororoties (girls) are college organizations. Since most of them are for social purposes, they tend to throw a lot of parties. So in other words, they're basically just the standard keggers.

"partiess" may be a contrived feminine form of "partier", in which case the statement refers to a female who hosts and/or attends fraternity and sorority parties. "partiess" may simply be a misspelling of "parties".

a fraternity/sorority party is a party that is open to only the members of the fraternity/sorority. a fraternity/sorority is a college group that you must me accepted into by the members of the fraternity/sorority.

Fraternity and Sorority are memberships at a college. Parties are just parties that they have.
