Lots of Universities offer this program.
Look up university that you know of or you like to go to.
Go to library, Google your search. Search web. The buttons are on the top of this page. Talk to your professor/teacher of physics.
You must have B. Sc in Physics, to go for masters degree (M. Sc).

Need more info. You said you are poor. You should also look for scholarship, your school must have some one who can guide you. See your school principal show him this latter(print this out).

After passing BSc you approach university office/PG center. Many universities have their own entrance examinations. Qualify entrance examination and get addmission to MSc.
