It's easy to turn percents into fractions. % means out of 100. For examples, 2-4, you just put the number over 100 and remove the % sign. Then you simplify.

Number one is trickier b/c there is a decimal. You cannot have a decimal in a fraction. So you put the number over 100 and remove the % sign. Then you have 62.5/100. You have to get rid of the decimal before you can simplify it. To do that, you mulitply the numerator (top #) and denominator (bottom #) by 10. This moves the decimal over one spot and thereby removes it. 62.5 x 10 = 625 and 100x10 = 1000. Now you have 625/1000. Just simplify it and you have your answer. Good luck.
