I really wish to write a book, and my teacher says that i have gift of doing this and potential, but the problem is that i don't think that at all, and i'm afraid to not write a bad book or boring...I don't know why, but i really don't think that i have gift or potential...why everybody sais that? Just becouse i wrote some nice things... What kind of book should i write...sf, fantastic, thriler etc...? What are the steps that i have pas...i mean what's next after i will write the book! Please help me and thanks for ur time!

Most of my high school life, I have been pissed of because I can't figure out if I should graduate from Hidden Valley High School, and go to the University of Houston, find a girlfriend, marry her, and have kids with her. I can't pass my S.O.L.'s, stop acting out Civil War Petersburg battles, stop talking the Siege of Petersburg and the rest of the Civil War, stop being interested in girls all the time, stop cussing, talking filthy, etc. I want to live a fascinating life, but I just can't survive. There are some state colleges that are appealing to me, but I have a lot of relatives that are telling me that companies will not take me seriously with a degree from a state college. By state college, I mean a public college. I don't see anything wrong with them-- I mean, you still get a good education there, right?
I mean, who wouldn't want to spend about $30,000 less every year to get an equally valuable education?
So, what I'm asking is-- would a nice, professional company look down on you if you just had a degree from Southern ________ University?

I have taken it to two jewelers (same company, different locations). One says 'real' and the other says 'not so sure'. When I received it as a gift, it didn't come with any papers.
