I was thinking, im a sophmore, I still have plenty of time to furnish before i take the SAT's.. im basicly a most A some B's student, my gpa is currently 3.5 and i want to go to stern to study business.. what are other good business schools in the East coast?

I always thought the end punctuation went inside the quotes no matter what, but lately I've been seeing things like... "word"? or "word". Does the punctuation only go inside of the quotes if it's part of what is being quoted? I thought the period was always inside.

Yes, I know this is lame, haha.

In the fall i will be starting my forth year in college and im unhappy with what im learning. I feel as though it has been a waste of time and money. (im a business major) My question is should i stick it out this last year or change majors even though it will be more expensive and time consuming? ( Im also deep in school loan debt- this worries me a great deal)

I am a teacher since 2000, I teach kids from kinder to 3er grade, I have a little girl in 1st grade that masturbate all the time, she uses her chair to do it, I already had 2 girls like that before, I know it is normal untill 2nd grade but the problem I have with her is that she cant concetrate at all, she is quite behind her classmates, I talked to her, explained that she must stop doing it in class, but she gets angry when we ask her to stop.
I read a little about that, my biggest conce5rn is that she is hurting herself, she walks funny and I am afraid something more seriuos happenned to her, talking with her parents wont help at all, because they just dont care about her. Pls help!

I have diclxyica and I find no one really knows what it means. So they say things like (Learn how to spell) witch 90% of diclxyic's can't do.
So I just want to see how may people know what it is and if they know how many differnt forms of diclxyica there is. (By the way diclxyica is more then like-ly spelled wrong)
