Only in America, and only recently. Thirty years ago you could go to college with a lot less money than you need to do now. It's because of the corruption of government, the school institutions and the push for perfection. I remember even my old HIGH SCHOOL was spending HUNDREDS or thousands this one year to completely update the gymnasium so it wasa totally top of the line, way above standards, show-them-other-schools kind of thing.

Competition, and I think subliminally, the desire to eliminate the middle class and to have the rich, social elite who preside and have the top jobs and then the poorer strata of people who are what the country is built on, whose backs this country rides on until they collapse and die at 75, after working hard and manually for years.

Education is one of those things that keep on changing, and for every change it takes more and more money. Therefore, make sure there are plenty of jobs in the area of education that you are going to be paying for.

If you are in college try to get a part time job to help with some of the expenses.
