I work at a restaurant and I got a $40 dollars in tips and 2 hours later customer called back and told my manager she paid to much for the tip and wanted $20 dollars back. does she have the right to take it back?

She doesnt want to go for a pizza or Nandos.

She says she and her friends can only afford something like £10 a head.

She is open minded to the type of food - chinese/thai/carribbean/italian/american .. whatever.

No fast food suggestions please.

WHat do you think? We are based in North London, but I think she will be happy to go to Central London/West End.

My husband birthday coming up soon and he loves steak, where would be a good place to take him for his birthday?? We live in Phoenix, Arizona. Do these places do anything special for his birthday??? I was thinking about taking him to Monti's on Mill Ave in Tempe?? I have never been there before but I have heard him bring it up before about going there as a kid. If anyone has been there to eat do you recommend eating there? How are the prices?
