Let me ask, how many of you have worked in one at a high level?
How many of you base your answers on cold, hard facts instead of common belief.
It is a fact that Fast Food restaurants are monitored by the environmental Health agency on a 6 monthly basis, as apposed to a normal kitchen which only requires a yearly inspection.
Also, the level of hygiene in any decent, large chain FF restaurant is a lot higher than in a small family run restaurant.
Untill you know the facts, dont answer!!

I have to move to Cleveland this summer. I'll probably be living in the Cleveland Heights area. I'm a server in the small town where I live now, making 300 a week. Where in Cleveland could I be a server making at least 400 a week? I'm not real familiar with what places I would be able to make good money.
