Joe's Be-Bop Cafe & Jazz Emporium! Its so touristy, it has second rate jazz and second rate food. Its a tourist trap and really doesn't come close to what Chicago has to offer. But if your on Navy Pier and looking for a quick bite, I guess its ok.

It's like a suburban restaurant in Navy Pier. It has a big menu with lots to choose from and a caribbean/latin/jazz flair. If you are gonna be eating at Navy Pier than it's a pretty good choice, but there are many many far superior restaurants in Chicago.

I went to Joe's once, with a friend who was visiting from out of town. We found it to be loud and touristy: edible-but-not-great food for high prices. In my strong opinion, there are countless better dining options in Chicago, many of them near the Pier.
