my locals 50 quid per person is that steep or an average spend.. it does include 4 courses.

That is good, I would pay around £20-£30 for a main course, and perhaps £5-7 for a starter, so yeh it sounds good to me

It's a good deal if the food is up to the standard you want.

the most I have ever paid is about £90 for the two of us but it was worth every penny. It was on a floating barge with candles and soft music and the food was superb.

It's always worth making that effort on Valentines Day.
