why azino-moto is not good for health ?

as most of chinese food contains azino-moto to inrich taste, does it not affect in health of chinese people? or it is added for non-chinese people ?

Some people react violently to it, like monosodium glutamate, but in asia, a lot of restaurants use it to enhance flavor for business reasons. Stuff like that is banned in most us restaurants because the side effects are not worth it.
