Sears had this tv for sale on Sunday for $699. We were so excited about the price and worried they would run out before getting to the store, we bought online with store pick-up option. However, we have not been happy with the picture at all. There seems to be shadows on faces? Is it the tv or did we get a lemon?

My daughter has asked for an older movie. I'm about to order it online but instead of saying DVD it says CD Audio, does it mean it's the old technology and the sound won't be as good?....

Sometimes I see pixelation when watching fast pace sporting events on the tv and I'm curious if I should switch it to a different mode. Also, I want the best picture that I can get and if I'm not viewing my television at it's optimal performance then I would like to have an idea of how to maximize it's potential.

I just got a PS3, and my cousin and I didn't think we had an HDMI cable so he went out to Comp USA and bought a Nyko brand HDMI cable.

Well, it turns out that when he was I gone I was setting up the surround sound for the PS3, and was looking in the cable drawer for a digital optical cable, when I stumbled upon a HDMI cable that I assume came with our TV! Haha, so I plugged that in and it looks great.

Thing is, my cousin, and I included are not sure if the Nyko is better than our TV's brand, so we're hesitant on returning the Nyko brand.

I just received delivery of my new Sony KDL46XBR4 HDTV yesterday. Have been attempting to set up the many adjustments. It seems like the picture is just slightly out of focus - more so on the standard definition channels. I thought is was just my eyes but my wife commented on this. Is there an adjustment that controls this?

Why do some NON-HD stations look better than others on my HDTV?

For example ESPN and MSNBC look pretty good on the non-HD stations, where as some like FoxNews and Travel Channel do not look as good?
