I'm having some problems with importing CDs to my Itunes library: ejecting CDs, and slowly loading an imported song which gets stuck and doesn't go anywhere one others. I might have to buy a CD-R that's the best brand to buy, with good quality and least expensive. Any ideas? If Apple can't help me out with my Apple Pro Care class tomorrow, I might have to buy one when I have the money.

When I am at work and attend meetings or presentations I tend to forget some of the content. I would like to be able to record meetings but would prefer to do it conspicuously (not to be sneaky or anything but because I get embarrased about forgetting). I have looked at some mp3 players which can also record voices, but the quality is terrible and it only works when held close to the person speaking. I need quality and also needs to be able to record from a small distance i.e people sitting around me in a meeting room. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,
Warren.

I recently purchased a moonlight nightlight, such as the one shown here:

http://www.carbonneutral.com/shop/details.asp?productid=938&productname=Moonlight%20-%20the%20energy%20efficient%20nightlight

all over the packaging and instructions it makes it clear that if you leave it switched on for 24 hours a day 365 days a year it will cost less than 50p per year to run. It states this so clearly so many times that I am concerned that by turning it off in the day time it will actually be costing me more to run somehow - is this possible? Could it use more power being turned on once a day than if it was left on all day? It doesn't flicker or get brighter if you leave it on, it appears to just come on, stay on, and light up the room (although it's not the colour like in the picture, it's definitely a bright green!)

I have a RMS AC Clamp Meter and have set it to AC mode and Current mode as shown at http://www.altronics.com.au/index.asp?area=item&id=Q0966
When I open the clamp and place it around an AC (240 volt) power cable attached to a working 1000 watt heater, I get a reading of around 0.5A. Indeed when it's not clamped to anything I get a reading of around 0.5A. I was expecting a reading of around 4 amps. Apparently the unit has an accurate of +-(3.0% + 0.6A) at a range of 0 to 70A. The unit itself is rated to 600A and has a display that can show 0.000-400.0 A when in the 400A position.

Given the above detail, is my RMS AC clamp meter faulty?

What does SPL stand for? What purpose does this device serve?

There is no information about it in the user's manual.
