Yes... And yes... Be careful, young Luke... It helps to sit near the speakers if they use a mic or near the speaker if they don't... Also, try not to pull it out and ask for a soundcheck...

The reason you have to record secretly, means that you are doing something that the others would object to. That means that what you are doing is ethically wrong - So no! you should not record - you will regret your actions if you do.

Depends on what type of meeting it is. If its buisness like work i dont see why not but if it is like court type meeting then no. Like i said it depends on what type of meeting it is.
