When I am at work and attend meetings or presentations I tend to forget some of the content. I would like to be able to record meetings but would prefer to do it conspicuously (not to be sneaky or anything but because I get embarrased about forgetting). I have looked at some mp3 players which can also record voices, but the quality is terrible and it only works when held close to the person speaking. I need quality and also needs to be able to record from a small distance i.e people sitting around me in a meeting room. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,
Warren.

Probably Pearlcorder. But better MP3 players can record well so you might want to have another look at one of them. They're small, and silent, and don't need tapes. They're really the way to go in the executive suite or boardroom these days. But don't be stingy, if it does the job - it'll be worth whatever it costs.
