My Samsung player's model is YP-Z5F and when I connect it to my computer, it doesn't get noticed by the computer. This means that even though it says it's being charged on my MP3 Player, it actually isn't.

I also can't send files to my MP3 because it is not detected by the Samsung Media Studio too. Please help! Is it because of my cable or my MP3?

I tried resetting the MP3 and everything on the help manual and it still does not word. Help!

Ok, hope this isn't confusing. Let's say you have an ipod nano (2gb) and you use it all up, like you have 500 songs. Then, you go out and buy another ipod, like let's say a ipod video. Could you use the same itunes and just download the songs to the ipod video without having to download all of the songs again? Thanks to those who answer! =)

i holding play for about 5 seconds and the screen turns black. but when i press a button it goes back the the same song/menu.
when i turn it on, should it do that or should i see some sort of picture? its a 2gb nano 2nd generation.

Ok. So I am trying to download movies and i found out that i needed a MPEG file but when ever i try to put in a keyword like "Mean Girls" the results are a bunch of different movies and some unrated items. How do I find my movie?

Okay, well I got the ipod wet, but i let it dry for a week or less... and just recently i connected it, and to my suprise it did turn on and it displayed "Do not disconnect". so i left it there for about an hour. As i disconnected it, it turned off on me as if it didnt charge. What's wrong?

Nano is 8 months old. I have had to do a full reset in the past cuz it froze.. Now it will not come on at all..
Here is what I have already done to trouble shoot the issue:
I have tried a reset with toggle the hold press 2 buttons
tried more than 1 pc to charge ( charging for more than 1 hr)
When I plug into power the logo fades in and out twice, then if fizzles out... then wont come on at all
I cant do any resets unless I can get it to come on either..
Afraid I might need to send it in...

Everytime I plug in my ipod themusic gets erased!

Most of the times my usb works but then sometimes it says usb might be malfunctiontiong and it does not reconize why does that happen and how can i fix it. Every MP3 player I have seems to do this. I will load about 1GB worth of songs or so and then it suddenly won't transfer. It says error. Is there any way to fix this or make it so I can actually put music on it? I have an iRiver 6GB and an Insignia 4GB MP3 player.

my ipod will not work. last time i used it, i put on the hold button. now, when i try to switch the button back, it only goes about 3/4 of the way back and won't go any further. therefore, my ipod wont work. i think something might've gotten stuck in the little indention where the hold button ahould finish sliding. anyone know a way to clean it out or to move it all the way so my ipod will work again???

I created a playlist on itunes called 'favourtie songs' and would like to put it on my ipod. Does putting a playlist on your ipod take up extra space, there are about 90 songs in the 'favorite songs' playlist. I want to put the playlist on because they are the songs i prefer to listen to but i dont want to use more space on my ipod..

i wiped it all off, but i know alcohol can damage cds. now that i've wiped it off, is it safe to try playing the cds? we recently got brand new boom boxes for the whole house, so i don't want to risk anything that would break the players...
