Nano is 8 months old. I have had to do a full reset in the past cuz it froze.. Now it will not come on at all..
Here is what I have already done to trouble shoot the issue:
I have tried a reset with toggle the hold press 2 buttons
tried more than 1 pc to charge ( charging for more than 1 hr)
When I plug into power the logo fades in and out twice, then if fizzles out... then wont come on at all
I cant do any resets unless I can get it to come on either..
Afraid I might need to send it in...

You tried everything i was going to suggest to you... best bet is to take it into the store. I actually had the same problem with mine, but i had mine for almost a full year. I ended up turning it in. It kinda pissed me off, i spent 250 dollars (4 gig nanos cost that much when they first came out) on a product that breaks in a year. I just turned it in to best buy (thank god for the 2 year ext) and they mailed me a voucher and i took that 250 and got one of those Zunes. they work the same as the ipod, i can only hope it wont break as fast as mine and yours did.
oh and have you ttried the Apple help page? When i first got my ipod i had so many problems, well, they werent problems i just had no idea how to use the darn thing and apple help page was oh so helpful, maybe it can help you.

specific nicely there's a fashion you may restoration it. nicely plug it into your workstation, and mutually as this is in there flow onto iTunes and nicely if the iPod pops up on iTunes, click it. once you click it it tells whilst the real proprietor offered the Apple product, and nicely mutually as your observing that if this is previous then upload the song to iTunes and then Reset the entire iPod and then positioned all the song back on that became into on there. And if it would not pop up in iTunes then seem on your pc folder (My pc) and seem for the known iPod and click it and open iTunes and drag the iPod into iTunes and do the element I tole you formerly. i wish this helped!!! have you tried resetting it by holding down the "select" and "menu" buttons simultaneously?
take it to your apple store!
