how do i erase music that came with my sansa player from factory?

my music player will not even show this music is listed. "Best Buy" geeks don't know to erase it either.

stupid geeks. look for a 'reformat' option in the menu of your sansa. just do that and everything is taken off.

if you have rhapsody set up, plug in your sansa and reformat it. or reformat it by going to my computer and left click on the player and should be a reformat option

connect it to the computer and then erase it on there.... especially if u use itunes or maybe even windws medis player
