Most of the times my usb works but then sometimes it says usb might be malfunctiontiong and it does not reconize why does that happen and how can i fix it. Also i just recently got a model that uses Enet. One more question i have is what is the mode key on an mp4 and what does OLED stand for. Thanks for all the help!

Ok your modem has nothing to do with your MP4, or the USB.
Try switching the port that you plug the MP4 into... and if that doesn't work, the cable is most likely faulty.
OLED is like this weird film that is used on tv's and stuff to make them ultra thin and to produce high quality picture.
