Turn hold on, then off. Hold the select button (the circle) and the menu button down until an Apple logo pops up. The hold menu until your iPod turns back on.

Im not quite sure what you meam, like is it frozen cold or frozen stuck like not working, put it on charge... maybe that will help or press the menu button and the center button if it is like not a shuffle.

It's either hold the center and top button or the center and bottom button i forget which one. I think it's center and play/pause.

This happened to me once. If nothing else works...unplug it from it's power source and wait till the battery dies...then plug it back in. It should be fine after that.
