Turn hold on, then off. Hold the select button (the circle) and the menu button down until an Apple logo pops up. The hold menu until your iPod turns back on.

Im not quite sure what you meam, like is it frozen cold or frozen stuck like not working, put it on charge... maybe that will help or press the menu button and the center button if it is like not a shuffle.

I'm pretty sure you hold down the center click and the play button down at the same time until it restarts.

It's either hold the center and top button or the center and bottom button i forget which one. I think it's center and play/pause.

Reset it. Consult your manual, if you have lost it, go to Apple.com and find your model of iPod, and they should have an online manual or troubleshooting tips.

This happened to me once. If nothing else works...unplug it from it's power source and wait till the battery dies...then plug it back in. It should be fine after that.

put it on hold and keep switching it and trying to turn it on and off
