No. The skin just covers the ipod so it doesnt get scratched. And for decoration. It doesnt affect the battery.

nope. batteries are INSIDE the iPOD, so when you put a cover outside, it doesnt affect a thing the battery capacity of your ipod, its just cosmetics.

Kinda like paiting a car, does it affects its battery or engine ? no, it just turns out to be better ( or sometimes worse, I just saw a pink Mercedes S class )

You mean like those sticker things you put on your ipod to protect it and make it look cooler? of course not! Its like putting a sticker on your car, it isnt going to lower its performance at all
