I mean inmediately you insert the dvd you can check in the home theatre that Dolby Digital is sounded, but this does'nt happen with other DVD.

Probably the one that has Dolby Digital appears hasn't got DTS (the home theatre has it), what do you think do you agree?

I have a pair of Bose 201 and 301 speakers on my old stereo receiver. How could I incorporate these speakers into a home theater set up. What else do I need to buy and is it worth it or am I better off buying a packaged system? Thanks.

I have a 6 ohm subwoofer with only one way to hook it up, a RCA cable. The only outputs on my amp are speaker level. Is there a box out there you can buy online to hook up a sub with an RCA cable to speaker level outputs? I don't want to hurt anything my amp goes down to 4 ohms. thanks

I want to use a stencil to make a giant poster, and in order to do that, i need to project the shadow of the stencil onto a wall. Since I dont have access to an actual projector, I was wondering if there was any way i could achieve the desired effect with household items like a 500 watt work lamp.

anyone have any clever suggestions?

Bose never gives the frequency response on their speakers, their high end speakers lack crossovers, which I think are essential for good sound.

I have this sony reciever i bought brand new a few years ago and i try and listen to the radio and all i get is static. I even hook a antenea to it and it still barely picks up any stations. It seems like a reciever that costed me 200$ would be able to pick up good radio signals.
